Richard Harp Construction, LLC

Richard Harp, CGP, GMB, CAPS, CGR

We are a high customer-contact custom homebuilder. We work very closely with our clients to assist in project design, perform lot selection, arrange pre-build energy efficiency audits, prepare the project management schedule, create a working cost estimate, and educate our clients to be better decision-makers at the time of choosing interior and exterior finishes and fixtures.

We typically operate as a cost-plus builder offering open-accounting where the client participates in any hiring or purchasing decision they wish to, and also receives a copy of every receipt incurred on their project.

We have completed over 100 new homes currently ranging from $300,000 to $2.1MM. 95% of the time if we are not building for a friend, we have fostered a friendship during the construction process. My family and I typically live in the same neighborhoods in which we develop and construct custom homes for others.

We are also an Energy Star building partner with four rated projects.

We are currently working with the Home Builder's Association of Greater Little Rock to complete our first National Green Building Standard home expected to be scored to the GOLD level!

Tuner & Sons Construction Company, Inc.

John Turner, CGP

Since 1998, Turner and Sons Construction has always strived to build the highest quality homes using the best materials that were available. However, understanding the building science that goes into a home is as important as building a home that just uses good materials. All aspects of a home have to work together to make it efficient. John earned his Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation in 2009. Our company has the distinction of building the first "Certified Green Built Green Home" in the Little Rock area. This home located at 18 Foxfield Cove, Woodlands Edge Subdivision has been certified "Green" by the National Association of Home Builders' National Green Building Standard. To Turner and Sons Construction, building "green" is more than just a fad - it makes sense. Who wouldn’t want a home that is more energy efficient, lon

ger lasting and healthier, not to mention economically sound over the life of the home. Regardless of the size, cost or location of the home,Turner and Sons Construction strives to build you the home you have always dreamed of owning. Building a home is truly a unique process, one that is a representation of you as an individual, showcasing your personality and character. Therefore, we guarantee we will devote our time and attention to the details that will make the home uniquely yours.
